Returns
We hope you and your little one love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
EIRENE reserves the right to decline unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with all the conditions set forth.
Returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense.
Defects
We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@eirenestudio.com
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the size, color, or style you’d like is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Tip: To help reduce the need for exchanges, we recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing. Children grow quickly, and our guide is designed to make finding the right fit easier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind: it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
