A lovely special occasion dress made in beautiful tiers of dot-patterned tulle. Ankle length, this sleeveless design is made in soft tulle. There are tiered ruffles on the skirt and handmade cactus with flower embroidery on the bodice. The dress is lined in lightweight cotton and fastens with a concealed zip on the back.
