Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays.

We do not ship to P.O.Boxes. Please make sure you have provided a complete delivery address and phone number.

CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. EU countries are exempted from paying customs fees and charges

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is handed to the courier service, customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) related to the order.
