We use DHL/TNT express courier service for all orders: EUR €20.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination.

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return/exchange for your item(s) within 14 days.

Refunds
Please note there is strictly no refunds for sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty.
Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method: credit card via PayPal or your PayPal account, this is subject to stock availability and our 14-day returns policy.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through EIRENE. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
